Help us understand the issue
When contacting support, please include:
- A short description of the issue and the steps that caused it.
- Your device model, iOS or Android version, and Taleb+ app version.
- The error message or a screenshot, if available.
- An order reference, if your question is about a library order.
Never send your password or verification code. Hide sensitive information in screenshots before sharing them.
Common questions
I’m having trouble signing in.
Check your internet connection and the phone number or sign-in method you’re using. If you requested a verification code, wait for the resend option before trying again. If the problem continues, contact us with the error message.
The app isn’t loading or a feature isn’t working.
Close and reopen Taleb+, check your connection, and install any available app update. For maps, photos, or voice features, check the relevant permissions in your device settings. If the issue continues, tell us which screen is affected.
I need help with a library order or marketplace item.
For a library order, include the order reference and the library’s name when contacting support. For marketplace items, use the listing’s seller contact option to discuss availability and arrangements. Contact Taleb+ support if there is a problem with the app or a listing.
How do I report an issue with AI Teacher?
Tell us what you asked and describe the problem with the response or upload. You may include a screenshot with personal information hidden so our team can understand the issue.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account or profile in Taleb+, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot access the app, email info@talebplus.app with the subject “Taleb+ account deletion request.” See our account and data deletion information for details.
